This qualification is designed for people who have contact with children, young people or vulnerable adults in their working environment including voluntary work.
It will teach you how to recognise the signs of abuse and neglect and what actions you can take to stop this from happening and occurring again in the future.
The programme emphasises the importance of ensuring that safeguarding concerns are reported and acted on appropriately.
Successful candidates will be awarded a national Level 3 Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People or Vulnerable Adults qualification.
