Certificates are important documents, and you should keep them safe, they detail your achievement and maybe used to demonstrate your ability to undertake a specific role, to be able to continue to undertake your role, or to fulfil mandatory job requitements.

However we recognise they can get lost, accidentally destroyed or maybe even not find their way to the candidate meaning a replacement certificate may be required. To issue replacement certificated takes time and resource and may also involve a cost to an external awarding body, therefore there is a cost to undertake this. To ensure we can identify the correct person and the correct course please fill out as much of the detail below as possible, before making payment. If we are unable to issue you a replacement certificate for any reason we will fully refund the fee.
